The Chambre d'Agriculture des Hauts-de-France was formed by merging the regional, departmental and inter-departmental chambers. It coordinates agricultural development across the region, supports farms and represents the sector before the Regional Council and State services.
For years, advisors audited farms using a questionnaire spread across some twenty tabs of an Excel file. Round after round of maintenance had made the file hard to share between colleagues, and cross-analysing the collected data all but impossible.
Vision 360 collects the questionnaire answers and lets managers update the reference content and push it out to their teams. It works online and offline — essential in a farmyard — and syncs regularly with a central server. The report handed to the farmer is generated automatically, and multi-season tracking finally makes it possible to compare the same farm year on year.
Advisors ran their audits on paper, then re-entered everything back at the office, losing accuracy at every copy. The tool covers two distinct audit frameworks, one of them a climate-resilience assessment, and generates the PDF report handed to the farmer. The real difficulty was logistical: a desktop client deployed across dozens of advisors, usable without reliable connectivity on the farm, with an automatic version check at launch and authentication tied to the organisation's directory. Multi-season tracking lets the same farm be compared year on year.
