Service tracking, born from a need of our own

Timesheet software does not fail on technology, it fails on adoption: if logging time takes too long, it does not get done. The other challenge was integration — the tool had to connect to the systems already in place, authentication and leave management included, rather than adding one more island.
Staff log their hours in seconds; managers approve and analyse. A configurable rules engine absorbs each organisation's specifics: service types, approval thresholds, sign-off chains. A connector layer then syncs the data into existing HR tools, rather than claiming to replace them.

Born from an internal need: tracking time spent without forcing on the team a tool they would end up working around. The challenge in timesheet software is not technical but behavioural — hence entry cut back to the bare minimum and automatic reminders. Architecturally, a configurable rules engine absorbs each organisation's specifics: service types, validation thresholds, approval chains. A connector layer then syncs the data into the HR tools already in place, rather than claiming to replace them.
